• Student Assistance for Emergencies (SAFE) Fund, an emergency fund initiative set up to provide one-time emergency assistance to matriculating students with short-term unexpected and or unavoidable financial emergencies. During COVID, this fund provided over $200,000 to support students' critical needs. These funds ensured students stay enrolled and could fully participate in the UNCG experience.
• The Spartan Food Insecurity Fund supports the Spartan Open Pantry, our campus' food pantry that provided almost 35,000 pounds of food in 2020 to students and staff in need of assistance.
• The Spartan Families Fund supports the PFAC Scholarship, which recognizes students who have inspired goodwill and support for the university and the larger Greensboro community.
